Shandong Dingchang Composite Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 2010. The company covers a total area of 53,000 square meters. It has 25+ pultrusion production lines and ten sets of hydraulic equipment ranging from 315 tons to 2,200 tons. Since 1993, it has owned FRP production experience for more than 30 years. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of FRP composite products.Dingchang has more than 20 technicians with intermediate and senior titles and above, and has process equipment such as FRP pultrusion, SMC compression moulding process and hand lay-up process, with an annual production and supply capacity of 100 million yuan.
The products mainly include standard pultruded profiles such as square tubes and round tubes, FRP handrails and FRP fencing and railing systems, FRP ladder platform panels, photovoltaic power generation bridge components, fiberglass subway escape and evacuation platforms, various insulating brackets and protective covers for subway three rails, and SMC compression moulding process car accessories, environmental protection oil coffin, rock climbing board and other outdoor outdoor Customization of heterosexual structures such as supplies, medical equipment, and mechanical equipment shells.
Dingchang took the lead in developing and producing subway third rail protection system products in China, with a domestic market share of more than 80%, and its export performance ranks first in the industry. The bridge components exported to Japan meet the Japanese JIS K7015 standard quality, and it is the only Chinese supplier designated by Japanese customers. Over the years,Dingchang has developed hundreds of proprietary and customized FRP products for many markets around the world and has gained recognition from many customers.
Dingchang has a 1200㎡of its own provincial standard laboratory and engineering technology research and development center. It can conduct GB & ASTM standard tests such as mechanical performance, combustion performance, aging resistance, material performance, and electrical performance to provide you with real and effective data reference.
